IMPORTANCE OF SOFT SKILLS IN IT
Soft skills in an individual is important because it
can lead to the successful of an organization. If an organization train their
staff to use these skills, there will be more percentage for them to success
dealing with their customer especially in a face-to-face communication. So,
soft skills are increasingly demand by the employers in order to reach standard
qualifications.
Other than that, there is a discussion about how important the soft
skills compared to the occupational skills and most of them suggested that soft
skills are more relevant and important over the long terms than the
occupational skills.
After that, soft skills are more about our
behaviour among people. Also known as interpersonal skills. They include
proficiencies such as communication skills, personal effectiveness, strategic
thinking, influence skills, creative problem solving and team building. All of
this skills can help in organization and all works. For example, communication
skills. If you can speak in local and others foreign language, it is your extra
ability to communicate with others people. So, an organizational will be easily
allows you to join them because it really can help them to get a customers.

the persons that have a soft skills are
responsible to keep all the
things such as code made by the company, account of the company and any other
things. This is because they have to protect them from others to make sure all
the company’s secret will be keep safely. For example if any of that will be
trace or hack by others, it will affect the company or maybe there will be more
problems occurred. The responsibility that had been given to them are very
tough and important. Because of that one who have a soft skills are very honest
and get a high trustness from the company. This is how important the soft
skills in IT.
